Hi, I’m Annie! I have a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Missouri and a Master’s Degree from Louisiana Tech University. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas.
I’m passionate about helping clients build a healthier relationship with food—one that supports a long, happy, and fulfilling life. I have a particular interest in working with individuals managing diabetes, and/or navigating food when starting a GLP-1 medication. I’m committed to helping each person understand their diagnosis and create a personalized care plan that fits their life.
I ask just one thing of my clients: Don’t be afraid to show up vulnerably. The more real we are, the more tailored and effective our work together can be. We’re creating a routine that works for you, and that means putting all the pieces on the table.
