As your very own personal Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, you will be supported with scientific based-evidence to strengthen your nutrition knowledge. I aim to be open-minded and inclusive to all cultures, traditions, and lifestyle practices so that your “you” is a part of your health journey. Working with me you are in the driver seat to better nutrition, I am here as your guide. My experience as an EMT taught me to respond and treat chronic health conditions across the lifespan, from birth to palliative care. I returned to school to achieve a role as a provider of preventative health care, to teach others how to establish healthy diet and lifestyle practices. I obtained my Masters of Science Degree from the Osteopathic College of Medicine at Nova Southeastern University. I continued my education across various topics on pediatric feeding, culinary nutrition, and functional enteral nutrition support. I am currently practicing in a South Florida Renal Dialysis Center with former experience in pediatric acute-care (hospital and outpatient settings). I also enjoy reading, cooking, spending time in nature, and dancing (like a lot). With supportive certifications in mental health and pediatric malnutrition, I am here to guide you in mindful and intuitive eating practices that are sustainable for a lifetime.
