I'm Kat, a California-grown, Hawaii-based Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who believes food should be both nourishing and joyful. After falling in love with nutrition science at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and completing my internship at Pepperdine University, I became a Board-Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition (CSR) because I saw how transformative the right nutrition approach could be for kidney health. As someone who's navigated celiac disease since age 15, I also bring personal understanding to helping clients with gluten-free needs.
