Hi there! I’m Katie, a registered dietitian with 13 years of experience helping people feel more confident, nourished, and balanced in their health. I graduated from Florida State University (Go Noles!) and take a whole-food, realistic approach to nutrition that meets you where you are—no fads, guilt, or judgment.
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients and health concerns—from digestive issues and chronic conditions to weight management, women’s health, and just wanting to feel better day to day. Whether your goals are clinical, personal, or somewhere in between, I bring a supportive and personalized lens to our work together.
My sessions are relaxed, collaborative, and centered around what actually works in your life. I’m a big believer in progress over perfection and helping you create habits that stick—without overhauling everything overnight. I’ll never hand you a rigid meal plan. Instead, we’ll build practical, sustainable strategies together that help you feel your best.
Outside of sessions, I love experimenting in the kitchen, visiting farmers markets, and showing people that nutritious food can still be fun and satisfying. I became a dietitian because I truly believe that food has the power to heal—not just physically, but emotionally too.
