I was born and raised in Austin, TX. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Texas State University. My internship was completed with Garden to Table Nutrition.
I have had the privilege to work with pediatric and geriatric patients in Corpus Christi, TX as a clinical dietitian. As well as serving the community through teaching yoga, volunteering at the Farmers Market, and composting food scraps at a local community garden.
I believe passionately that developing wellness in as many areas as possible is an opportunity for personal improvement and evolution of the collective. An area could be physical, mental, spiritual, or other.
I practice a client-centered approach but value a plant-based focus related to health benefits for individuals and the environment.
