I am a Registered Dietitian and certified exercise physiologist who has an extensive background in intuitive eating, HAES, sports nutrition and women's health. I want to help women navigate the mid-life changes that affect us. As someone who has walked through this stage of life, I can help other women navigate it as well. 

I can support clients with nutrition and exercise education and counseling, stress management skills and supplement recommendations through intuitive eating and joyful movement principles.
