Background

I am a young dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition Science who has received my RD certification in 2025. I have experience working sports nutrition for multiple years at the collegiate and professional level. In addition, I am currently working at an eating disorder clinic full time at the IOP/PHP level. At the clinic I work along side an array of clientele in demographics and eating disorder diagnosis’s.

I have a passion for counseling clients with involvement of sports nutrition and/or eating disorders independently or jointly. I most lovely getting to meet new clients and getting to know you over time working together. Something that you can expect from our sessions is evidence-based nutrition recommendations with a light-hearted and realistic approach. I also strive to highlight the belief that all shapes and sizes have equal opportunity for nutritional support, while encouraging client’s to live in the “grey area” of life instead of living by social media or textbook extremes. Nutrition that meets your holistic individual needs is obtainable and I hope to brainstorm with you  what are obtainable life giving ways to do so.

Lastly, for you to know more about me. I enjoy staying busy with my husband, cooking/baking in the kitchen, light movement, and continuing to stay curious (My current challenge is I have just started to learn Spanish)!
