She earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Julie has been recognized as one of the top dietitians in Philadelphia and is known for her contributions to prominent media outlets such as US News Health, Philadelphia Magazine, Self Magazine, and Readers Digest.
Julie’s professional journey is deeply personal, driven by her own experience overcoming anxiety and depression through food and wellness practices. With a wide variety of knowledge in medical nutrition therapy, Julie specializes in diabetes management, weight management, IBS/IBD, and nutrition for older adults and individuals with chronic diseases.
