When I’m not guiding clients on their nutrition journey, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen, staying active through weightlifting or dance, or relaxing with my husband and a good book. My background in sports nutrition allows me to help athletes of all levels fuel their bodies for peak performance—whether you’re training for a race or just trying to feel your best.
