Background

Hi, I’m Julia – a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and nearly three years of experience in clinical dietetics. I specialize in helping clients manage a wide variety of health conditions, including diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders (IBS/IBD), kidney disease, oncology-related nutrition, heart disease, hypertension, and more. I also have a strong interest in plant-based eating, sustainable weight management, and supporting individuals navigating weight loss medications.

My approach is evidence-based and rooted in non-diet, intuitive eating principles. I work collaboratively with each client, blending compassion and accountability. I believe in setting realistic, personalized goals – whether you’re managing a chronic condition or simply looking to feel more confident and energized in your daily life.

Prior to becoming a credentialed RD, I gained valuable experience in outpatient care, working alongside a diabetes specialist. I also provide lab interpretation and micronutrient support to help connect the dots between medical data and practical nutrition strategies.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis or looking for guidance on making sustainable lifestyle changes, I’m here to support and empower you through it.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me soaking up the Florida sunshine with my Mini-Australian Shepherd, Avery, working out, playing tennis or pickleball, trying new local restaurants, and cheering on my favorite football and hockey teams.
