Background

Hi, I’m Joy — a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Mental Health Counselor passionate about supporting you to achieve optimal health by nourishing both your body and mind. I’ve worked with individuals managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, gastrointestinal issues, eating disorders, and weight management challenges.

My approach is client-centered and tailored to your unique lifestyle and needs. Together, we’ll explore your eating habits, relationship with food, and how environment, culture, and mindset shape your nutrition. We’ll set practical, achievable goals aligned with what matters most to you and navigate any barriers along the way.

I believe food is not only fuel but also a source of joy, and there’s room for both in a balanced life. Our connection with food is deeply personal and shaped by many factors. Changing habits involves understanding the “why” behind your choices. My coaching style is supportive, empathetic, and curious, empowering you to feel confident and capable on your health journey.

When I’m not working, I enjoy hiking and camping, which helps me bring my best self to our work together.

I’d be honored to be part of your journey. Let’s work together to help you thrive!
