Background

Hi, I’m Josh — a registered dietitian with nearly a decade of experience helping people navigate food, body weight, chronic disease, and the realities of everyday life.

Most people don’t need another diet. They need an approach that helps them move closer to what they want without feeling like they have to give up everything they enjoy along the way.

Between work, family, social events, travel, stress, and conflicting nutrition advice, making food and health decisions can feel overwhelming. My role is to help simplify that process.

Rather than focusing on perfection, rigid meal plans, or unrealistic expectations, I work with clients to better understand what’s currently happening, identify what’s getting in the way, and find practical adjustments that fit their real lives.

As a husband and father, I understand that health doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Real life is always happening. That’s why I believe nutrition should support your life—not compete with it.

Whether your goal is weight management, diabetes control, improved lab work, better disease management, or simply feeling more confident around food, my goal is to help you build an approach that feels realistic, practical, and sustainable over time.

Approach

Most people already know what they want. They want the weight loss, better labs, lower blood sugar, less frustration, or a body that works better. The hard part is figuring out how to move toward those things while still living your life. My job is to help you understand what’s happening, cut through the confusion, and find a path forward that fits the reality of your life.
