Background

Jordan is a registered dietitian with a focus on women's health and hormones. Her own female health struggles in the past, as well as her desire to understand how the body works and how to best care for it, led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Nutrition at the University of Texas at Austin. She went on to complete the University’s prestigious Coordinated Program in Dietetics (CPD) to become a Registered Dietitian.

Her affinity for natural medicine inspired her to join Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine: a specialty practice group of nutrition practitioners who use a holistic, evidence-based, personalized, and root-cause approach to health and healing. Her experience working with a naturopathic doctor, led her to pursue a doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine at Bastyr University in San Diego.

She has years of clinical practice and numerous advanced trainings. Focus areas include menstrual disorders, preconception care, menopausal support, hypothyroidism, metabolic health, and digestive health. Modalities include functional lab testing, individualized nutrition/lifestyle interventions, and targeted nutritional/botanical supplementation. Clients can expect high-quality care that leaves them feeling heard, honored, educated, and empowered.

Jordan is driven by her wholesome belief in natural medicine as a true path to optimal physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. She strives to be a dedicated healthcare ally and advocate for her clients, and is honored to be fulfilling her purpose by serving others as their naturopathic dietitian. In her free time, Jordan enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, spending time in nature, studying natural medicine, practicing hot yoga, and connecting with like-minded people.
