Hi, I’m Joanna!
I'm a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Health Promotion from Simmons College. As a Taiwanese-American who speaks Mandarin and some Taiwanese, I strive to bring a culturally sensitive and compassionate approach to the way I support others on their health journeys.
Rather than promoting strict diets or one-size-fits-all plans, I focus on helping you connect with your body, enjoy food, and make changes that feel realistic and lasting. I believe your cultural background and personal preferences are essential parts of your wellness story, and I’ll work with you to build habits that truly fit your life.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our kids—exploring, trying delicious foods, and appreciating life’s simple joys (including quiet, do-nothing moments!).
"I take a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach to nutrition, helping you find a way of eating that supports your health and fits your life. Whether we’re honoring cultural foods or navigating a busy life, I’ll meet you where you are and guide you toward simple, lasting changes. My goal is to help you feel good about food—not stressed or guilty—while building habits that truly work for you."
