I'm a Registered Dietitian with over 15 years of experience specializing in eating disorders, specifically ARFID (Avoidance Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). As well as food allergy, GI disorders, Celiac Disease/Gluten-Free living and sports nutrition. I also have experience supporting clients with heart health, hormone imbalances, and supplement use.
Throughout my career, I've worked in a variety of settings, including an outpatient cardiac unit, a food allergy clinic, a psychiatric hospital, a corporate role in the supplement industry, and private practice. These diverse arenas have shaped my flexible, individualized approach to care.
As a lifelong athlete and former high school and college volleyball player, earning my personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2015 felt like a natural next step. I enjoy combining my knowledge of movement and nutrition to offer clients a more well-rounded, personalized way. Especially those returning to exercise or a sport, or looking to rebuild a positive relationship with movement.
Outside of my professional work, I'm a mom of two wonderful kids(ages 9 and 12). I enjoy being creative, listening to music, staying active, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors.
"I take a realistic, day-to-day approach to nutrition, meeting clients where they are with compassionate, personalized care. I'm dedicated to helping clients build a positive, empowered relationship with food and movement. Blending education, counseling, and creativity with intuitive eating, I support clients in building confidence, flexible thinking, and joy in eating."
