Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University with a double major in Psychology and Nutrition & Food Science with a minor in Recreation and Leisure Studies before completing a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and completing her dietetic internship with the University of Memphis. Jennifer cares about you as a whole person and recognizes the importance of mental health and well-being in creating whole person health that is adaptive to our ever changing environment. She has worked for over ten years providing nutrition counseling and education to college students from every populated continent and aims to support patients in identifying culturally appropriate and values based approaches to nutrition interventions. Jennifer is able to guide you through the nutrition science in a digestible way so that you can make food choices with confidence and attunement. She has experience working with a variety of conditions including digestive issues, polycystic ovarian syndrome, pre-diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension, and mental health issues including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and eating disorders.
