I have been an RD for over 15 years and have a master's degree in sustainable food systems and an MBA in sustainability leadership. Human health is correlated with our environment's health, and I am always striving to find ways to support human health and planetary health. How can we incorporate foods that are both good for us and the planet? I also enjoy growing my own food for myself and my family. I believe that by connecting food and nature together, we can nourish and sustain ourselves for optimal health.
