Background

If you train seriously and your nutrition is still guesswork, you're far from alone. Most performance nutrition advice is marketing dressed up as science. I work with athletes who are done with that: endurance runners, ball-sport players, and busy adults who train consistently and want their eating to support how they perform, not just how they look.

My path to this work is unusual. I spent nearly a decade in corporate finance and strategy before earning my MS in Clinical Nutrition at NYU and training clinically at the University of Maryland Medical Center. That combination shapes how I practice. I read the research, I name the actual evidence behind a recommendation, and I translate it into a plan that survives a real week with a real job, real travel, and a real life.

I start where you are. What have you tried, what's working, what confused you? Then we build in order: sleep, eating, hydration, and training consistency first, the fine-tuning second. Most athletes want to talk about supplements and protocols while the foundation is still cracked. We pour the foundation first. It's less exciting but it's where the gains actually are.

Any dietary pattern works here. Vegan, pescatarian, kosher, allergies, or no restrictions at all. The plan bends to your life, not the other way around.

I won't promise results. I can't control your biology or whether you do the work, and anyone who guarantees an outcome is selling you something. Here's what I will promise: legitimate science, a plan built for you specifically, and someone who treats you like the smart adult you are.

Approach

First we build a goal hierarchy together. What's the ultimate target, and what has to happen underneath it to get there? We break that target into pieces and find the specific levers that move each one: what you eat, when you sleep, how you train, how you recover. Then we pull those levers in order. Change starts small and personal, then builds from one win to the next as we close in on the standard we set together. Tailored to your life, your sport, and your constraints. Never a template.
