Hi, I’m a Registered and Licensed Dietitian based in Pennsylvania with a Master’s in Nutrition from Messiah University, where I graduated in 2025. I currently work as a clinical dietitian in a hospital setting, supporting patients with a wide range of medical needs. My background has given me a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition therapy, and I bring that same level of care and clinical knowledge to my work with clients.
My approach is client-centered, compassionate, and realistic. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans—instead, I take time to understand your unique goals, lifestyle, and challenges. Whether you're managing a medical condition, working toward a healthier relationship with food, or simply looking for trustworthy nutrition guidance, I’m here to support you. Education is a key part of what I do—I want you to feel empowered, informed, and confident in the choices you make about your health.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about making nutrition approachable and sustainable. I value balance over extremes and progress over perfection. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel comfortable asking questions, trying new things, and making changes that last.
"I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. My approach is collaborative and personalized, with a strong focus on practical tools and nutrition education to support your overall well-being. Together, we’ll work toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you."
