Hi, I am Janet Rausch, RDN - Registered Dietitian. I completed my Nutrition Education and Dietetic Internship in California. I have earned a Certificate in Adult Weight Management through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. I became a Dietitian to pursue my passion in prevention and strive to meet my clients where they are in their journey to improve their health. I have worked in hospitals, specialty clinics and private practice. I have great success with helping to support clients in meeting or exceeding their goals for achieving a healthy weight, managing their health through goal setting and education. When I am not meeting with my Fay clients, I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, our triplets, plus 1 and our 3 pets. I love cooking, gardening, walking outside, dancing and spending time with friends.

You can count on an individualized counseling, I will help you meet your goals for health. We will focus on your questions, concerns and goals. Each session will involve: identifying your successes, support, nutrition assessment, goal setting and education and accountability as desired.
