My name is Jamie Leff. I completed my MS degree in nutrition along with my dietetic internship at Cal State University, Northridge. I have over 15 years of experience working with adults ranging from marathon runners to people with cardiovascular issues to busy Mom's looking to lose the baby weight.
I am a former marathon runner myself and a Mom to 2 very active kids!
