With a graduate degree in nutrition and almost a decade of experience as a dietitian, I bring a well-rounded knowledge base to meet you where you are and to equip you with the tools to make nutrition work for you! I take the time to build a strong foundation that puts you at the center in order to understand your unique health needs, promote autonomy in creating health-related goals, and champion positive behavior change. Aside from being a dietitian, I am a food lover and avid Yelper! I love trying new restaurants, testing out new recipes, and discovering the best ice cream flavor at each shop!
