I am a very individualized practitioner. No two clients will have the same experiences and thus no two clients will have the same treatment plan. I am dedicated to helping my clients get the best outcomes in a way that will work best for them and their specific situation.
In our first session, I will be asking A LOT of questions. This is my time to get to know you and what you are experiencing, as well as your goals and desired outcomes. I will be gathering your health history, current status, and digging into any nuances that will help me to come up with a plan to help you get you where you want to go.
