Outside of work, I love camping, hiking, lifting weights, playing sports, and hanging out with my family, friends, and dog. Staying active keeps me inspired and passionate about athletic performance nutrition. I also enjoy relaxing with a good Netflix show.

Drive:

My journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian was fueled by my own physical and mental health challenges growing up. I realized that nutrition could significantly improve these issues. Additionally, I saw many family members pass away at a young age due to poor nutritional choices, which motivated me to learn how to help people like them. I aim to provide guidance in a way that is easy to understand and adopt, making healthy choices accessible and achievable for achieve your health goals!
