Background
I am a licensed, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. My Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics is from Saint Louis University, and I completed the Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. In addition, I have a background in sports medicine with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology, the ATC (certified athletic trainer) credential, and massage therapy. I help people to achieve their health and beauty goals (skin, bone, muscle, metabolic health, etc.) using nutrition.
