Hi there! I am a dietitian based Iowa, but living in a small town near the Minnesota border. I received my education through Iowa State University.
I have a extensive nutrition background working in many different settings including; long-term care, outpatient care and as a campus dietitian.
I have many interests in the nutrition field, but ultimately I enjoy getting to know my clients and help you reach your goals or feel better.
In my free time you can find me spending time outdoors walking or running with my dog Maggie, golfing, attending sporting events or spending time with my family and friends. I look forward to getting to know and work with you.
