As a registered dietitian with a passion for sports, and a desire to help youth athletes build a strong nutritional foundation to enhance their athletic abilities. With experience in addressing the unique dietary needs of athletes, I guide them in making informed choices that support performance, recovery, and overall health.
I also work with clients from all walks of life, in areas such as general wellness, dietary restrictions, and specific health concerns, taking a holistic approach that considers individual lifestyles. I foster a supportive environment for discussing nutrition journeys.
