Hi, I’m Gabrielle Adragna, MS, RDN, LDN – a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people build a peaceful, balanced relationship with food and their bodies. I specialize in disordered eating, intuitive eating, and behavior-focused nutrition counseling.
My training and experience is diverse which allows me to support a diverse range of clients through both nutrition education and emotional support.
What to expect when working with me: I take a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach rooted in compassion and collaboration. Whether you’re recovering from years of diet culture, navigating emotional eating, or just trying to feel more confident in your food choices, I meet you where you are. Together, we’ll focus on intuitive, mindful strategies that support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Get to know me: Outside of work, I find joy in simple things. I like cooking, spending time outside, listening to podcasts, or practicing yoga. I’m endlessly curious and deeply driven by the belief that food should be both nourishing and enjoyable.
Why I do this work: I’m here to be a steady, empowering guide in a world that often sends confusing and harmful messages about health. My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, trust their inner cues, and let go of guilt around food.
I take a personalized, compassionate approach to nutrition. I focus on sustainable habits, not restriction. I help clients build a healthier relationship with food through practical strategies, behavior change, and evidence-based guidance. My goal is to empower people to feel confident, nourished, and in control of their choices.
