I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with nearly 20 years of experience in the field of Dietetics, and I am truly passionate about helping people transform their health and well-being through the power of nutrition. For me, being a dietitian is more than a career — it’s a calling. I consider it an honor to serve my clients and guide them toward healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives.
My journey in nutrition has taken me through many different areas and settings, from hospitals and rehabilitation centers to dialysis clinics, private practice, and weight management programs. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and health needs. Each experience has deepened my understanding of how unique every individual is, and how important it is to meet people exactly where they are in their journey. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with my patients by truly listening to their stories, understanding their challenges, and creating plans that are both practical and personal.
My ideal client is someone who is ready to take meaningful steps toward improving their health. They don’t have to know everything about nutrition or feel like they have it all figured out — in fact, many of my favorite clients are those who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about where to begin. What matters most is a willingness to learn, grow, and commit to themselves. Whether the goal is to lose weight, manage a health condition, gain energy, or simply create a healthier relationship with food, I love guiding my clients with compassion, structure, and encouragement. What sets me apart from other nutritionists is the combination of my extensive experience, diverse background, and genuine passion for human connection. I don’t just hand my clients a plan; I walk with them through the process, celebrating their wins, supporting them through challenges, and helping them discover their own strength and potential. Outside of my work, I enjoy cooking, working out, reading, dancing, and spending time at the beach. I also deeply value building strong bonds with my loved ones, which reflects the importance I place on connection in every aspect of my life.
