Hi I'm Erin and I'm passionate about helping people achieve their health goals through evidence-based nutrition counseling. With experience working alongside medical professionals, I have guided clients in weight management, metabolic health, and overall well-being. I believe in a personalized approach, empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes. My goal is to provide support, education, and practical strategies to help clients feel their best and improve their long-term health.I earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition Science from Hunter College, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship. When I’m not focused on nutrition, I enjoy spending my time cooking, gardening, and staying active through workouts. I find joy in creating meals that are both nourishing and delicious, tending to my garden, and making movement a regular part of my routine. Most of all, I love spending quality time with my husband and our two dogs, Penny and Pickle, who always keep life fun. I also own a flower shop with my mom as side gig!
