Background

As a dietitian over 10 years, I have successfully helped over thousands of clients in my community lose weight healthfully and keep it off. I am a teacher, and my goal is to help you understand how your body works and how our food and nutrients play a role in supporting your conditions. I specialize in improving obesity related diseases such as Type 2 Diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (hypertension), joint problems (osteoarthritis, knee/hip replacements), sleep apnea, gallbladder diseases, short bowel syndrome, vitamin/mineral deficiencies and more. My passion is all things bariatric. If you have had bariatric surgery or have been thinking about it, I can provide you with the tools and education necessary to meet your needs anywhere in the process. It's a lifetime commitment and I enjoy helping you wherever I can.

As a wife and mom of three, I understand how precious our time is. I’m here to help you make the most of it by teaching you clear and concise nutrition education, helping you develop your skills to strategize meals and keeping you accountable to your health aspirations. My goal is to create a safe and empowering environment for you as you navigate your journey of growth and change. As for myself, I have finally decided to follow my true aspirations as well, building my private practice to serve as many as I can at a pace that works for my family and I. I look forward to getting to know you and building a new friendship with one another!

"Think of me as your nutritionist friend you can reach out to at any time! I understand with a landmine of nutrition information available, trying to understand the “diet” that works best for you can seem discouraging and futile. I strive to break down nutrition information, helping you understand the latest data and then applying it to your life in the most practical way. I specialize in improving obesity-related diseases, with weight loss as an added bonus."
