In your first session, we will take the time to get to know each other. I want to hear more about your diet and exercise patterns, relationship with food, lifestyle habits, your health goals, and any challenges you have faced along the way. I also want to learn more about any recent weight fluctuations and any medical concerns you may have such as diabetes, hypertension, GERD, etc. We will then create a personalized plan that aligns with your unique goals. No matter what your goals are, I am here to support and encourage you every step of the way! Always remember this will be a safe space where you can openly share with no judgement.
