Background

Hi, I’m Emily! I grew up in the Sweetest Place on Earth—Hershey, PA—and studied nutrition at La Salle University in Philly. Over the years of being a Clinical Dietitian, my passion has grown in helping people feel confident about their nutrition once they have left the hospital and transition back to everyday life.

Nutrition information can feel overwhelming, especially with a new or pre-existing diagnosis. That’s where I come in. I provide practical, realistic guidance tailored to your health needs, lifestyle, and goals—without judgment or restriction. My goal is to support and collaborate with you so nutrition feels manageable, not stressful.

Personally, I’m a visual learner, but I will adapt to the way you learn best. I enjoy creating personalized nutrition infographics and educational handouts so you can reference them between sessions.

I know grocery shopping can feel stressful, especially when starting a new nutrition journey.  I’ll help ease that stress by creating a practical, step-by-step plan for the grocery store. Together, we’ll focus on realistic choices that fit your lifestyle, preferences, nutrition and financial goals, so you feel confident and not overwhelmed when you walk in.

I’m open to finding new ways to support you, and look forward to starting this nutrition journey with you!

PLEASE NOTE: I am a Registered Dietitian licensed in PA and can ONLY see clients located in PA, AZ, MI, CO, VA, and CA. I am unable to accept clients in other states due to licensure requirements.
