Hello! I grew up in North Dakota, went to college in Fl, and have bounced around meeting people and experiencing life ever since. I love finding things in common with people and meeting people wherever they are on their health journey.
I believe everyone should feel great & be able to live life to its fullest. I keep busy by planning my next adventure, reading, learning, exploring, laughing, and growing. I have 4 dogs that keep me moving. I find peace in nature, have a positive outlook on life, and keep things light. I started my dietitian journey in the mental health/ED areas, and have spent the last 5+ years in dialysis where I work closely with patients with diabetes, HTN, gut issues, etc. Being able to make a difference and changing people’s lives keeps me motivated.
