Emily Kaley, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian with my Masters in Sport Nutrition from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Simmons College and Culinary Certificate from Culinary Tech Center in Manhattan. I've engaged in a variety of diverse professional experiences throughout my career.

Through my experiences with Team USA Swimming and Team USA Track & Field athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, with professional baseball players with the Chicago Cubs, New York Mets and Washington Nationals Organizations and with the Madison Square Garden Company teams (Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, Westchester Knicks & Hartford), I greatly enjoy providing nutrition services. I have the initiative to provide top tier nutrition services to all individuals regardless of their past, current or future health journeys.

I greatly enjoy cooking and exercising and I especially enjoy teaching healthy cooking techniques, safe dietary lifestyles and grocery shopping habits. I was also bit by a huge travel bug so I try to explore and experience different cities and countries as much as possible. My goal is to use my passion for exercise and nutrition to better the health of our nation.
