I am a Registered Dietitian with a strong background in both science and compassionate counseling. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pre-Med from Cleveland State University and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. I went on to complete my dietetic internship at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center, where I gained diverse clinical experience in areas such as renal nutrition, oncology, nutrition support, pediatrics, weight management, diabetes management, and food systems service management.
Through these experiences, I developed a comprehensive understanding of how nutrition impacts health across all stages of life and conditions. I am especially passionate about helping individuals find realistic, sustainable approaches to nutrition that fit their unique needs and lifestyles.
I am confident in providing telehealth counseling, which allows me to connect with clients in a convenient, flexible, and supportive way. My approach is personalized, evidence-based, and focused on building confidence in food choices without restriction or guilt. I believe that nutrition should feel approachable and empowering, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
Outside of my professional work, I enjoy exploring new foods, recipes, baking, and gardening. I am motivated by helping people feel their best and inspired by seeing lasting, positive changes in the lives of those I work with.
"I take a personalized, supportive approach that blends evidence-based nutrition with realistic lifestyle strategies. By listening to your needs, I’ll help you build sustainable habits and a healthier relationship with food—without restriction or guilt. With encouragement, accountability, and tailored guidance, we’ll create lasting changes that leave you feeling strong and confident."
