Hi, I’m Beth Mills—a registered dietitian/nutritionist with over 40 years of experience in the field of nutrition and wellness. A proud Southerner, I earned my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Clemson University and the University of Georgia on my journey to becoming an RDN. Throughout my career, I’ve led multimillion-dollar Child Nutrition Programs and hold the designation of Certified School Nutrition Specialist (SNS).
I bring a lifetime of both professional and personal experience to my coaching. As a former Division I athlete (competitive swimmer), I’ve maintained a passion for fitness and healthy living throughout the decades. I’m also an avid home cook and recipe enthusiast with a deep interest in practical, real-life nutrition.
Today, as a senior, wife, mother of four, and grandmother of three, I understand firsthand the evolving nutritional needs across every life stage. My areas of focus include:
• General nutrition & healthy eating
• Weight management
• Chronic disease prevention & management
• Gut health and gastrointestinal disorders
• Perimenopausal and menopausal wellness
• Lifelong fitness and active aging
When I’m not coaching clients, my husband and I stay active through hands-on projects—like renovating our farmhouse and launching a small fruit business, planting blueberries and peach trees on our land.
My mission is to help you feel informed, empowered, and energized. After our sessions, you can expect to walk away with personalized tools, renewed confidence, and a deeper understanding of how to take charge of your health and improve your quality of life.
"My ideal client is anyone ready for support—whether beginning their health journey or facing long-standing challenges. As your nutrition coach, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your fears, needs, and goals. Rooted in inspiration, empathy, and empowerment, my coaching helps you feel seen, heard, and motivated. Grounded in evidence-based science, I honor you as the expert on your life. Together, we’ll build a trusting partnership that encourages growth and lasting transformation."
