Hi, my name is Beth, and I have been a Registered Dietitian for over a decade, serving my community in various settings including heart transplant, NICU, ICU, nutrition marketing, and most recently, owning my own clinic alongside my husband, who is a Nurse Practitioner.
Together, my husband and I have three boys who inspired us to open our own community-based functional medicine practice. Personally, I have PCOS and Rosacea, which has fueled my passion for helping patients manage their weight, regulate hormones, and ultimately live their best lives—without resorting to eating just grilled chicken and broccoli every day. Whether you need GI Map consultation or DUTCH test interpretation or just want someone to discuss food intake with--I'm your gal!
"My unique approach as an RD involves integrating all aspects of the patient’s life, including cultural background, to develop a personalized and holistic functional medicine plan. I focus on addressing core health areas such as weight management, GLP-1 therapy, autoimmune conditions, GI disruptions, and hormonal imbalances. By considering cultural influences and individual needs, I aim to create sustainable, well-rounded strategies that promote optimal health and long-term wellness."
