Hi, I’m Liz, a registered dietitian based in the Bay Area with a deep passion for helping people heal their relationship with food, nourish their bodies, and find joy in the process.
My journey into nutrition started with a very personal struggle. I once believed that becoming “skinny” was the key to happiness and health—but that pursuit led me to an unhealthy relationship with food and my body. Over time, through education and self-discovery, I came to see my body not as something to fight against, but as something to honor. I realized how beautifully our bodies serve us, and how food—when approached with compassion and curiosity—can be healing, empowering, and even magical.
That transformation lit a fire in me to help others do the same.
My practice is rooted in a gentle, client-centered, and holistic approach. I believe in meeting people where they are, moving at a pace that feels right for them, and supporting their goals with kindness, patience, and evidence-based guidance. To me, true health isn’t just about what’s on your plate—it’s also about how you sleep, how you manage stress, how you move, and how you speak to yourself.
I specialize in weight management, diabetes, heart health, hypertension, and general healthy nutrition. But more than that, I specialize in empowering people to take ownership of their well-being, reconnect with their bodies, and create lasting, meaningful change.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me learning (always!), exploring local food spots around the Bay, or finding calm in nature. I believe food is one of life’s great joys—and that nourishing your body can also nourish your soul.
