Background

Meet Elena Gamonal-Williamson, MS, RDN, LDN

Hi, I’m Elena, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and a passion for helping individuals build healthier, more sustainable relationships with food. I blend evidence-based nutrition science with practical, real-world strategies to support lasting change—without judgment, guilt, or extremes.

What to Expect When We Work Together

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. Whether you're looking to manage your weight, improve energy, support a health condition, or simply feel better in your body, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll create realistic goals and a flexible, balanced plan that fits into your lifestyle- not the other way around. Expect education, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way.

Get to Know Me

Before becoming a dietitian, I had raised four children and navigated different nutritional needs and dietary preferences. I understand firsthand how overwhelming nutrition can feel in a world full of conflicting advice. That’s why I’m dedicated to breaking it down into simple, doable steps that feel empowering—not restrictive.

Outside of work, you can find me biking, fishing, running, cooking, gardening, or enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

What Drives Me

I believe that nutrition should be personal, enjoyable, and rooted in respect for both science and the individual. My goal is to help people feel more at peace with food and confident in their choices. Helping clients reclaim their health and rebuild trust with their bodies is what inspires me every single day.
