Hi I’m Doris!
I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in various settings, including acute care, outpatient clinics, and private practice. My passion for nutrition and wellness and the desire to help others were the driving forces to become a dietitian.
I take an integrative and functional nutrition approach, addressing the whole person rather than just symptoms. I believe that identifying the root cause is essential for optimizing health, and I incorporate nutrigenomics to uncover underlying imbalances and deliver personalized nutrition care.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from the University of Tampa. Additionally, I have advanced training in Adult Weight Management, Integrative and Functional Nutrition, and Nutrigenomics.
