I am a dietitian who also holds a Master's Degree in Public Health. Because of this degree, I believe it is very important for nutrition and culture to be intertwined. I believe nutrition should be flexible, supportive, and realistic. My goal is to help you feel confident around food while finding an approach that fits your unique needs and lifestyle. Together, we’ll create a plan that supports both your health and your relationship with food.
In our first session, I’ll take the time to get to know you. We will discuss your health history, lifestyle, and what a typical day of eating looks like for you. We’ll review any recent labs you may have and talk through your personal goals. These factors will then guide the nutrition intervention we will take. My focus is on understanding your needs so we can build a plan together that feels realistic, supportive, and tailored to you.
