Hi, I'm Deanna, and I'm excited to be your Registered Dietitian!
My passion for supporting women on their pregnancy journey began with my own experience as a mom. During my pregnancy, I realized the gap in nutritional care and felt driven to offer the guidance and support I wished I’d had. Now, I’m dedicated to helping women feel confident, nourished, and empowered every step of the way.
In addition to prenatal and fertility nutrition, I specialize in digestive health, focusing on helping those with IBS and other digestive disorders find relief and balance. With FODMAP certification through Monash University, I’m equipped to help you feel your best from the inside out, as digestive health plays a key role in overall well-being.
I believe in setting small, achievable goals that build into long-term habits. As I pursue my health coaching certification, I incorporate coaching techniques, motivational interviewing, and SMART goals into our work together. Whether it’s optimizing your fertility, supporting your prenatal journey, or addressing digestive health concerns, we’ll create personalized plans that fit your lifestyle.
