I am a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutritional Sciences and have authored multiple studies published in the Journal of Breastfeeding Medicine. For the past eight years, I have worked in clinical nutrition at large hospitals with a focus on pediatrics, enteral nutrition, picky eating and intolerances, swallowing disorders, gastrointestinal disorders, and women’s health.
My approach emphasizes family-centered care. I will first gain an understanding of your individual goals, then establish practical plans collaboratively and provide regular follow-up support to achieve these goals. This method aims to promote positive changes in family health, development, and attitudes toward food.
I am a wife, and mother to a 3-month-old son. My husband and I currently reside in Colorado, having relocated from Wisconsin. In my free time, I engage in activities such as camping, paddle-boarding, hiking, attending live music events, cheering on the Green Bay Packers, and developing healthy new recipes.
