Hi, I’m Dana – Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
I help individuals make realistic, evidence-based changes that support long-term health.
I hold a B.S. and M.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University and began my career leading community health workshops, teaching kid-friendly cooking classes, and coaching teachers through online nutrition programs. I transitioned into clinical nutrition, gaining hands-on experience in acute care across specialties including GI, cardiology, renal, neurology, and oncology.
Today, I blend that clinical knowledge with my expertise in the supplement industry, where I focus on product innovation and nutrition research. I also hold a certificate in Community Herbalism from the Florida School of Holistic Living, allowing me to take a more integrative, whole-person approach when it aligns with your goals.
Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, navigating confusing nutrition advice, or simply trying to feel your best, I’m here to support you with a practical, personalized plan that fits into your life.
"My approach is rooted in genuine care and respect, helping you feel seen and valued as a whole person. I create a supportive space to explore what health means to you and develop solutions tailored to your unique experiences and challenges. By blending clinical knowledge with intuitive eating principles, together we will build sustainable habits which restore trust in your body and empower you to make choices that honor your well-being."
