I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 12 years of counseling experience. I have a graduate degree in Nutritional Sciences from Boston University, earned in 2010. As a mother of two, I understand the challenges and joys of pregnancy and family nutrition. I specialize in working with clients through the critical early life stage, also known as the first 1000 days, which includes pre-conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and the first two years of a child's life. I also have a focus on helping women manage Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, Menopause, and PMS through tailored dietary plans.
