I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, father of two beautiful children, happily married, and I love exploring outdoors! I’m frequently carving the backyard in an attempt to connect and embrace nature’s beauty. 

I also come from a construction background, so I love collecting tools and making stuff in the shop. 

I’m passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their health goals through personalized nutrition plans. I have 10 years of experience in clinical, kidney disease, diabetes, and learning more every day!
