I am a Filipina and neurodivergent registered dietitian, born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, passionate about helping people heal their relationships with food and their bodies. I practice from a weight-inclusive, non-diet perspective, offering compassionate, affirming care that centers your lived experience. I honor how culture, neurodiversity, family, and history shape the way we eat, celebrating food from all backgrounds and creating space to reconnect with nourishment without guilt or shame.
My work is grounded in curiosity, care, and the belief that all bodies and all brains deserve dignity and support. I earned my degree in dietetics from San Francisco State University in 2017 and completed my dietetic internship through Bluffton University in 2022. I bring a deep appreciation for the many ways food connects to identity, culture, and community, and I’m committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, understood, and supported in their unique journeys.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, sister, and pupperoni Mika, playing board games and video games, reading, and exploring food festivals.
