I’m Christina, a Mexican-American Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals build healthier, more balanced relationships with food. With a Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master’s in Nutritional Science, I’ve been working in private practice for over 5 years, guiding people through intuitive eating and supporting those struggling with binge eating.
I aim to make nutrition approachable, sustainable, and free of judgment. I truly believe that the right approach to nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s about meeting you where you are and supporting your individual journey.
Outside of work, I’m a recipe developer, hot yoga enthusiast, and avid walker. I love trying new foods and embracing my adventurous side as an eater—food isn’t just nourishment; it’s an experience. My love for food started in the kitchen with my mom and grandma, where we’d cook together, and it’s this cultural connection that fuels my passion for creating meals that are both delicious and nourishing.
