In my 13 year dietetic career, I have successfully provided evidence-based education to pregnant women, infants, children, adults and the elderly, primarily focusing on what healthy habits work for each individual. I am a wife, mother of 2 and realistic dietitian, that absolutely enjoys all types of foods; I also understand that we live in a world were process foods are taking over of society. TV ads, social media and family habits have convinced to us that healthy eating is not a realistic lifestyle, but I am here to tell you: intuitive eating requires you to stop looking at foods as "good" or "bad." Instead, you listen to your body and eat what feels right for you. By adopting this approach, you can eat mostly all foods in moderation, to manage dietary conditions for a better you.
